Super Tuesday is here

Tomorrow twenty-four states will hold primaries for Federal offices, the President, all of the House and a third of the Senate.
Vote.
I don’t care how busy you are tomorrow, I don’t care what excuse you have.
Vote.
It is the job of the citizen to keep his mouth open. You do that by making your voice heard. You do that by voting, protesting and communicating with your Congressmen and Senators.
Vote.
This comes along only once every four years, and it will make an impact as to who you vote for on that first Tuesday following a Monday in November later on this year.
Vote.
You have a choice on the Democrat side between a Black and a woman. Your choices on the Republican side are a RINO, a mild Conservative, and an Evangelical spoiler.
VOTE.
Choose, but choose wisely. I can’t tell you how to vote, which lever you pull is your business, but ask yourself, “is this person really the closest to what I would do?” You are not going to find a candidate other than yourself that will agree with you on all the issues, and if you are a single issue voter, ask yourself, “Is my side of the issue the best for the country?”
VOTE.
Do you get the idea that I think that it is important you take some time tomorrow to exercise a freedom that hundreds of thousands of men and women have shed their blood and given their lives? Yes. Yes, I do.
VOTE.
Your future depends on it. With the economy in the shape it’s in, what direction it’s heading, and what each party wants to do to “fix” it, your choice tomorrow will decide it’s direction for far longer than the four or eight years that the next President will be there.

VOTE

Almost, but not quite

And so, Pretty Boy Tom Brady ate some dirt last night, and didn’t deliver. But the Giants delivered something, to Perfectville, Population 1.

So the “Perfect” Pats are relegated to where all of the other Super Bowl losers went, 2nd place.

We’re on that slippery slope

Okay all of you smoking opponents, look at the Pandora’s Box you’ve opened. But then, maybe you wanted it opened. Mississippi Pols Seek To Ban Fats
What really bums me is that two of the three legislators introducing the bill are Republicans. Probably RINOs.
But there must always be a start to going down that slippery slope, and here it is. This bill is DOA, but the next one might not be. Once they ban fat people from restaurants, then they will continue by banning all cars over 5 years old, or something like that. And of course, it won’t make a difference.
I thought we learned from Prohibition, you can’t legislate actions of the populace. The direction of things is dictated in the Constitution is that it comes from the People to the Government, not the other way around.
The fact that I am posting about this is alone a sign that something serious is wrong. Do something about it. Write to your legislators and let them what you think about this.

Bezerkos

Well, it seems that the City Council of Bezerkly, CA does not want any military presence. They have passed an ordinance that deeds one parking spot in front of the USMC recruiting station over to a bunch of Liberals known as “Code Pink” for four hours one afternoon each week, for the next six months. By the way, please follow the link over to them, I want them to see my site on their referrals.
I love the fact that the people that proclaim freedom for all are restricting someone’s right to a parking spot. Just remember it’s parking spots today, something else tomorrow.
These whackjobs are so Liberal, they make Nanci Pelosi look Conservative.
The fact that the City has made the Marines “uninvited and unwelcome intruders” just goes to show you that you aren’t dealing with rational people. To a Liberal, it’s their way, period.
I have always said a Left-Wing Dictatorship requires obedience in thought and action. They want you do do what you are told (not what they are doing) and to only think what you are told to think.
I think that if the City Council of Berkley does manage to kick the Marines out of town, that all Federal funding for the city be withheld. It seems to have worked in the case of doing that to Universities who didn’t want military recruiters on campus. The Universities folded quickly when faced with that realization.
