Kelo strikes the rich
Rodney Dangerfield in Caddyshack said, "The two biggest wastes of land are cemeteries and golf courses."
Well, it seems that the city of North Hills, NY thinks the same thing. Groups File Lawsuit In Fight Over Golf Club.
It seems that the people who run the city are looking into "acquiring" the Deepdale golf course and turning it into multi-million dollar homes. This is no little public golf course, but rather a one visited by the monied and famous. Rated as one of the best courses in the country, this will be an interesting fight.
And, it just goes to show you that the rich are not immune from Kelo. This travesty has got to stop. Please get this to the SCOTUS and have them reverse this.

Kelo is an abomination.
Why is there so much talk and so little action in the Tennessee legislature? Who are these people really representing?
