Back on Meds
Well, this was sure a screw-up of monumental proportions.
No one sent me a notice that my medication plan was changing, that I was being dropped from TennCare. So it was quite a surprise when I couldn't get my meds on Tuesday. Rifling back through old mail, I found a thing from AARP that had what looked to be a medication plan card. It turns out that was my new medication card, which was -><- this close to being thrown away as some worthless advertisement.
I have just taken what should have been my morning dose, so things will return to normal (as normal as I *can* be) within a day or two when the medications stabilize again. I think I'm going to take the rest of the day off.
*whew*

Whew, indeed! Glad to know it's all resolved now.
I would beg to ask you to notice how much worrying you did for how well this turned out. ;-)
BTW, one of the best gaming moments I've had in the past year was last night. When, in the first game, you veered your Stompa Mob off to attack that Warhound, and I knew my Scouts could take your Blitz objective, it was just magical (for me, at least). Seeing the look on your face ("Huh?") when I leaned over to say, "You just lost the game." felt really well earned. Thanks.
And was I right? In the second game you doubled down, focused, and pounded the stuffing out of me. ;-)

Yeah, Mike, it turned out okay THIS TIME. If the family hadn't been so packratish about mail, that would have gone into the trash and I would have been so far up Shit Creek I would have been in Shit Lake.
And I guess I ought to be off my meds more often. It seems like that's the only time I can beat you. ;-)

LOL. :-)
But my point is that it *didn't* happen! And now forewarned is forearmed. You can set up a way to watch the mail more carefully to prevent a next time.
Worry is like pepper. A little bit is fine, but too much upsets the stomach.

Glad to hear you got what you needed.
This Tenncare business is a full fledged fiasco.
