Partisan attacks from Liberal prosecutors

So now we have three Democratic prosecutors going after prominent Republicans.

First, we have Ronnie Earle going after Tom DeLay in Texas. I've talked about that travesty of justice before. Earle likes to extort people by using the power of his office.

Second, Patrick Fitzgerald and his pursuit of the Bush Administration. Libby didn't commit a crime other than not having his story straight.

Now, the latest update on Rush. Prosecutors Argue They Should Talk To Limbaugh's Doctors. At this point in time, the only evidence that Rush committed a crime exists in James Martz's head. Normally, you need evidence that a crime has been committed in order to break the Doctor-Patient privilege, this time Martz wants to break the privilege and gather evidence to see if a crime has been committed.

This is part of a semi-coordinated attack on Republicans, and we must not stand for it.

Because if we don't, then things will only get worse.
