Do you read Day by Day? You should! Sam and Zed are out on a date when they meet a mugger, who accosts them with a knife. What do you think their response is? First Zed, then Sam pull guns. The proper response to such a situation in my book. I'm not really surprised that Sam did it, but Zed (if you excuse the pun) blew me away with his response.
