SpaceShipOne is going to have another test soon, to see if it can break the 62 mile target set forth by the X-Prize. Private Craft to Shoot for Space.

This will not be the actual shot for the X-Prize because the two passengers mandated by the committee will not be on board for the June 21 test flight. But that trip will be coming soon, as soon as Burt Rutan can get this test successfully completed.

This seems almost redundant. Bush still not on Illinois ballot.

Due to the time of the Republican Convention, there is a chance that Bush and Cheney will not be able to file in time to make it on the ballot in November. Illinois lawmakers are trying to correct that, but the Democrat members of the committee are trying to load the bill with pro-Democrat garbage that it’s not making it out of committee.

No big deal, it’s not like Daley would let Bush win in that state anyhow, although it would affect the total nationwide popular vote.

Michael Moore has released the trailer for Fahrenheit 9/11. I have tried to view it, but the bandwidth is swamped.

I did see it on TV, and the only part I remember was a clip of President Bush, giving one of his “We will win over the terrorists” quips, proceeded by a, “Now watch me hit this ball” on the golf course. The first part was meant for release to the public, the second part was for the consumption of the reporters only. I have no idea what Moore was trying to say about this.

All I know he is a proven liar, pretty high on the Chomsky Scale.

I don’t know about today, but back in my drinking days, Thursday night was always Ladies night, in an attempt to bolster Thursday sales. Otherwise it was regulars only. This would bring in dozens of men hoping to pick up the few women attracted by the enticements offered by the bar.

Now, in today’s PC environment, we must bow to such pressure? It is stupid to the extreme, but I am beginning to be jaded by all of this PC bullshit.

Leave it alone and don’t worry about it. There are more important things to worry about.
